We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds. By purchasing a webinar or service from FinClarity, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your webinar registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the webinar start time are not eligible for a refund.
If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another session of the same webinar, subject to availability.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

If FinClarity cancels or reschedules a webinar, registered users will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
If a user experiences technical issues preventing access to the webinar due to a fault on our end, a refund may be granted upon verification of the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for technical issues on the user's end, such as poor internet connectivity or device incompatibility.
No refunds will be provided for incomplete participation, failure to attend, or dissatisfaction with the content.

4. Refund Request Process

If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued via the original payment method.
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the webinar date will not be considered.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for:

Pre-recorded or on-demand webinars once access has been granted.
Digital materials, including e-books, PDFs, or supplementary course content.
Personalized coaching sessions, unless canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
